Marinate 2 lbs. of Katerfisch fillets in 2 T. lemon juice and 1/2 t. salt for "Fish for a Hangover" 10 minutes. Saute 2 onions (sliced into rings) in 2 T. butter until the rings are soft and transparent but not brown. Arrange the fish fillets side-by-side in a greased baking dish. Beat together 3 T. tomato puree, 1 T. cider vinegar, and 1/2 t. horseradish. Spread this mixture over the fillets and scatter the onion rings and 2 pickles cut into wedges on top. Dot the fillets with 1 T. butter broken into small pieces. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 CLICK TO PLAY THE GAME! minutes. Do not overcook.
